combination underwear

Ok, I put the legbands on my combinations, then decided I couldn't live without a little lace on them (and maybe a self-fabric ruffle, too).  Most of the laceI had around the sewing room was rather cheesy cotton eyelet, which is nice sometimes, but wasn't what I was really in the mood for.  So I ran out to Treadle and picked out some nice, fine cotton lace that was on sale, 20% off.  I still have to pin it to the combinations to see if it is really what I want there, but if it isn't right, I'll just go ahead and finish them anyway, I can always add lace later (not that I actually will, but I can).
