The Art of the Tailor by Doyle. Big, fat, book but not as well labelled and missing some pages. Still, a great book.

Early Victorian Men complied by Shep has 1830s men's tailoring manual and etiquette book in it.

Men's Garments 1830-1920 by r.l. Davis. I haven't actually tried any of these patterns yet.

The Great War, Styles and Patterns of the 1910s, complied by Shep has mostly military British uniform patterns, but also civilian patterns, for WWI from authentic tailoring layouts of the period.

Shirts 1840s to 1920s, is just what is says, by Shep and Cariou

And Google Books actually has a lot of free period tailoring books and periodicals. Look up "garment" + cutting" or "cutter", as well as "tailoring".

I totally geek out over old tailoring info :)

Sorry these aren't written out correctly. I'm on my tablet and being too lazy to quote sources properly.
