Organizing my brain

I'm trying to plan out my projects so I can use my time more effectively. I think I need to make more of an effort to use naptimes for sewing instead of knitting, because I can easily knit at night when my HB is home, but it is harder to find (or make) time to sew.
I am tyring to live within my budget, so I am planning that, too. If something is not on the list, I want to think very hard before buying it. Also, I don't really need to buy something until I intend to use it. It's no use having piles of yarn and fabric sitting around tormenting me.
And I'm posting it here not because it is terribly interesting, but because I know I will not lose it this way.
The plan:
Rest of May
blue/orange dress
brown paisley dress
finish painting cabinet
June
embroidery/applique hangings
dance bag
buy muslin for porch curtains
buy sewing machine table?
July
hat for F
sew and stamp porch curtains
finish Cherie Amour
buy yarn for HB sweater and start it
buy autumn coat fabric
August
sew autumn coat
knit winter hats and gloves for everybody - use as much stash yarn as possible, but probably buy some, too
September
red wool skirt with pleats
buy yarn for spring sweater
buy (and/or buy fabrics for) fall & winter clothes
Winter
buy a new sewing machine!
