I'm getting all wrapped up in winter holidays. We got a tree, and it needed some lower branches trimmed so it would fit into the stand. What to do with all that lovely fresh greenery?

A bit lumpy, but I've never done this before and I only wanted to spend a half hour on it.
I used directions from Martha Stewart (I know, but where else do you go for this sort of thing?) and a wire frame such as this:

The ribbon is petersham I already had on hand, and it's really a garment quality, which means it is soft and floppy instead of crisp and firm. So I made the bow tiny so it wouldn't just flop over. Better than buying new ribbon for a "use up leftovers" project.
