Ok, everyone, I need some help and opinions please!  The border: yes or no?

I like the border - but I'd probably do it in one of the fish colors or the seaweed colors...

I like the border, but I think you should go with the darkest blue water color instead.

I'd say a border of some kind, but I'm not sure that fabric is the one. I'd say go with something dark, and maybe lustrous just to make the quilting design stand out more.
